1. શિક્ષક/વિદ્યાસહાયક આંતરિક બદલી અંગેની અરજી ઓન-લાઈન વેબસાઈટ પરથી તા:-૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૧૫ સવારના ૧૧.૦૦ કલાકથી તા:-૦૧/૦૬/૨૦૧૫ ના રોજ ૧૧.૫૯ રાત સમય સુધી ભરી સકશે.
2. ઓન-લાઇન ભરેલુ ફોર્મ કમ્પ્યૂટર ઉપર સેવ કર્યા પછી તે માહિતી  ઓન-લાઇન ચકાસી લેવી. ભરેલા ફોર્મમાં કોઈપણ સુધારો કરવો હોય તો એડિટ ની મદદથી ઓન-લાઇન સુધારા કરવા..ત્યારબાદ ફોટો અને સહિ અપલોડ કરવા શાળાની પસંદગી કર્યા બાદ જ અરજી કનફર્મ કરવી.
3. અરજી કનફર્મ કર્યા બાદ અરજી ની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી લેવી અને પ્રિંટ પર શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષક્ના સહિ, સિક્કા કરાવવા.
4. શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષક્ના સહિ, સિક્કા વાળી અરજી તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારીશ્રીને તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૧૫ થી તા.૦૨/૦૬/૨૦૧૫,૦૫.૦૦ કલાક સુધી રૂબરુમાં(રજાના દિવસો સિવાય) સવારના ૧૧.૦૦ કલાકથી સાંજના ૦૫.૦૦ કલાક સુધીમાં જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવાઓ સાથે જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે. ટી.પી.ઓ પાસેથી અરજી સ્વીકારવવાની પહોંચ મેળવી લેવાની રહેશે.
5. જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવા વગરની અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
6. અરજી ટપાલ કે કુરીયર મારફ્તે સ્વિકારવામાં આવશે નહિ.
7. આ બદલી પક્રિયા માટે વેબસાઈત ચેક કરતુ રહેવુ.
